History
A simple farmboy from a no-horse hill-town that once saw some city-folk drive by, Marshall was thrust into a new world when he was conscripted to serve in the Second Dragonspear War. Initially derided by his compatriots who mocked his hillbilly ways and strange accent, he soon gained their respect for his pig-headed persistence, and most particularly for his sometimes brutal effectiveness against the hordes they faced.
